I have a mouth ulcer that has turned green. is that bad or is it okay? i have read that they should be red, yellow, or gray. does green mean it is infected or something?

Without : Without looking at you lesion it will be difficult to know, depends on how long you've had this greenish ulcer, any ulcer is a manifestation of an infection. So please go visit your dentist and let him decide the type of ulcer you have. Good luck!
