See a dentist: The pea size lumps are probably lymph nodes. The oral signs you indicate may mean you have chronic periodontal disease which may explain the enlarged lymph nodes.

Infection(s): Bleeding gums indicate gum infection. Yellow teeth may be just stained or may be infected. Neck lumps probably enlarged lymph nodes that are trying to prevent spread of infection. You need IMMEDIATE Dental care. And don't be surprised if your Dentist refers you to a Periodontist. Please stop procrastinating, call now.

Lumps and bleeding: When was your last dental and medical check-up? You need both to find out what's going on and what treatment is appropriate. Make some appointments before things get worse and you have a full blown emergency on your hands.
