X-ray : and clinical exam are important to properly diagnose your condition to rule out root fragments, secondary infection, and possible drainage coming from another tooth to name a few... It's time to make an appointment to see your dentist.

Fistula, See DDS: Fistula is a sign that there is an infection and your body is draining it out. Unlike some other types of infection, a dental abscess will not get better on its own. See your dentist for diagnosis, x-ray and treatment. Good luck.
