Absolutely: I would start with a visit to your dentist to have those broken teeth evaluated. Start with the obvious.. They're not healthy if they are broken. If they are not restorable, have them extracted. The ear infection should be treated by your physician.

Infection: Infections do not cure themselves. You need to see a dentist about the broken (infected) tooth ; probable other dental infections. You need to see a physician about your ear aches, again possible infections. Both may be associated w lump under jaw (lymph nodes?). Please don't wait for infection(s) to spread. Seek help now.
