Im on my covid day 6 and most symptoms are almost gone, but i noticed that my heart rate is slower. in the beginning of covid it was 120 bpm all day long and now around 70 bpm. usually it was 80-90 bpm. oxygen is ok. is this normal and what to do?

If you experience symptoms such as dizziness and shortness of breath, please see your physician. This HR reading is within normal range. Rest, stay well hydrated and please follow up with your physician.

There were probably many reasons for your high heart rate at the beginning of Covid including fever, lower oxygen levels, discomfort, dehydration, etc. Now that you are recovering, these things are improving so your heart rate is naturally decreasing back to normal. Your heart rate being a little lower than your baseline may be due to decreased activity while recuperating and is fine. Good luck
