Rapid heart rate is one of the symptoms of cardiomyopathy or myocarditis. I am not sure if your heart rate is fast, more than 100, or you just feel palpitation. You should see your family doctor for a thorough evaluation because quarantine is not required after 2 weeks.

You don't mention what your heart rate is. Do you feel it's rapid at rest or only with exertion? As has been mentioned, you may feel it's rapid but you may only be experiencing a prominent heart beat. If an office EKG& exam don't abnormality, you may wear an outpatient heart monitor for 24-48 hours&make notations of the times you're experiencing rapid heart rates This will show any arrhythmia
