Can covid-19 affect my heart rate? i tested positive 6 days ago. i would like to say the worst is over, but i have slight chest pains. my blood oxygen levels are between 96 to 96, however my pulse rate has dropped significantly to an average of 55.

COVID 19: Don't know what you normal resting heart rate is. However, COVID 19 can affect heart rate. If you have chest pain & your heart rate has had a significant drop to 55 then I would recommend medical assessment. The pluse OX of 96 is ok.
