After covid in dec my heart spikes very high with minor movements, like 150 bpm for few steps. when i lay down it is around 90 bpm (higher than before). last 24 hours is constantly high all the time. heart checkup ok. what to do to be normal again?

I do not know what was checked but if your symptoms persist you need to see a cardiologist and probably need a heart monitor-now.
