Im a healthy 23 year old with some stomach issues and currently taking omeprazole, simethicone + clebopride and allopurinole and my resting heart rate is usually around 50 bpm, going down to the 40s while lying down. is this a cause for concern?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You seem to be taking too many medications and it would be prudent to see the doctor who prescribed these. Wish you good health!
