It is normal for: the heart rate to increase with fever and infections. 115 BPM for a 19yo is well within normal limits for your physiological condition.

Likely: You sound concerned. You should understand that the heart rate you cite is just part of your illness and your heart ( at your age ) will tolerate that rate quite well.It does not mean you are in danger. You need to stay hydrated & get your rest. A trip to the doc/clinic for a strep test would be wise.
