20 years old male, active for the last three years been going to the gym 5-6 times a week. concerned about my resting heart rate (44-54 bpm), when active hr is up based on the intensity; i feel woozy sometimes, not dizzy or fatigued and havent faint?

Sometimes, when the heart is in good condition due to exercise, the resting heart rate decreases because each heartbeat is stronger. But, if you feel woozy from it, you should be seen by a doctor-perhaps a cardiologist-to be certain there is nothing wrong. It is good that your heart rate increases with exercise but see a doctor to be certain the resting rate is ok. Good luck!
