Urine microalbumin/creatinine of 62 is called microalbuminuria which can be detected with urine dipstick test when the urine is not too diluted. You definitely have microalbuminuria, no need for recheck. You should let us know your medical history and what medication you take. With eGFR of 62 and the presence of microalbuminuria, you are classified as CKD stage 2.
