Could be interstitial cystitis. This is a chronic condition that most often affects females, and may flare up in response to normal functions such as menstruation, sexual activity, exercise, stress. A urologist examination and cystoscopy may be needed to evaluate your bladder function. They will also have appropriate therapies for you to pursue to minimize the discomfort.

OAB does not give pressure or burning usually. Pl see a Urologist to rule out other conditions like Interstitial cystitis. Hope you do well
