I have had back pain and sciatica for a long time, now i have bladder burning, tests for uti come back negative, my urine has a strong odor. i quit drinking coffee and it helped, the burning went away. but notice strong urine odor.

Need more info: Your symptoms are concerning. I would strongly recommend that you see your primary care physician for a complete examination and have him/her do some blood and urine tests. At your age several medical problems can be the cause of your complaints.
