Frequent urination: Are you drinking a lot of liquids during the day, including caffeinated ones that act as mild diuretics? Are you taking any diuretics or diruretic-like medications or supplements? Are you feeling much fear, anxiety, or stress? You are young for an overactive bladder diagnosis. Do you have urgency or accidents?
