I have been having to urinate very often than normal maybe 20-30x daily and has been going on a few months. i also have pcos. it does not seem like a uti since no burning. can pts who have pcos have oab? i have tried kegel exercises unsure if helps?

Urinary frequency can be caused by any number of medical issues including Diabetes mellitus or insipidus as well as UTI's. It is best to see a MD to sort out the causes rather than conjecture that it might be OAB or PCOS. Glucose tolerance and ADH (anti-diuretic hormone) testing may be needed.

Yes people with pcos can have OAB. you need a urine test and to see a Urologist asap to find cause of your symptoms. Kegels are not for frequency. Good luck.
