Urinary frequency can be caused by any number of medical issues including Diabetes mellitus or insipidus as well as UTI's. It is best to see a MD to sort out the causes rather than conjecture that it might be OAB or PCOS. Glucose tolerance and ADH (anti-diuretic hormone) testing may be needed.

Yes people with pcos can have OAB. you need a urine test and to see a Urologist asap to find cause of your symptoms. Kegels are not for frequency. Good luck.
