Not yet cured: The infection is not yet fully wiped out - that's why you still have luek's in your urine. Although Keflex is a good rx for your infection, sometime it can only achieve a partial cure and you may need another course of antibiotics - check with your doctor. One thing you can do is drink plenty of liquids including cranberry juice.. Concentrated urine is often responsible for the symptoms of uti.

UTI: Antibiotics can get rid of bacteria in the urine but symptoms may last longer due to swelling and inflammation of the bladder. Symptoms will get better with fluids, avoid spicy foods, caffeinated drinks. B-strep is an organism found mostly in the vagina, was this a catheter obtained urine culture?
