My cholesterol was a bit high. in september, a nutritionist told me to stop eating peanut butter, peanuts, almonds, nuts, some fruit juices and sugars. ive lost like 6 kilos. now i have a six pack, but i feel tired, exhausted lifting weights. advice?

I am not sure you have the correct recommendation. You can google low cholesterol diet and change your diet accordingly. Cholesterol is abundant in foods of animal origin, not the ones you were told to avoid by your nutritionist.

Agree with Dr. Le. You need to avoid saturated fats. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Wish you good health!
