It's hard to know how accurate those values are, like if you may have accidentally ate something just before the morning sugar, but typically a normal fasting sugar (no eating for at least 8 hours prior) should be less than 100, and 2 hours after eating should be less than 140. You should talk to a doctor about getting lab tests to see if you may have diabetes.

Was the glucose test at home or in a lab? For a proper evaluation, you need to have fasting plasma glucose done at an accredited lab. If it is more than 126 mg/dL on two occasions, it is diagnostic of diabetes. A random reading of greater than 200 is also diagnostic. You may need glucose tolerance test if the results are not clear cut. Wish you good health!
