See answer: The answer can really be patient driven. That is to say, let the nut be your guide. If it simply a "sensitive" stomach, and you have no problems with certain nuts, than you may eat them. If you have diverticular disease, some nuts may get stuck in the "pouches" and cause issues with diverticulitis, etc. So avoid nuts with that disease. Make sure you chew the nuts very well all the time.

Food Questions: I am not sure what this question represents. The definition of a sensitive stomach could mean a hundred different things. One would avoid foods that caused problems. I see nothing in your question that would imply a reason to avoid nuts.
