Dengue fever from previous wednesday. i do cbc everyday. today's values are "platelets=116" and "wbcs=2.7". and lft values are "alt=50" and "ast=70". i have no fever and mild fatigue. eating soft diet and drinking fruit juices. when will i recover?

It has been 7 days so you are about to recover and you already passed the critical period. You gave us the lab numbers today but not the previous days so we could not tell if there are improvements in lab findings. Leukopenia and thrombocytopenia are common, how low were WBC and Plt yesterday or the day before. Liver enzymes are only mildly elevated today so I assume they are trending down.
