Chest pains, wheezing, breathlessness. bp elevated but not too high. coughing. fatigue. had symptoms for months now but thinking not serious? cholesterol 6 mmol/l. bpm 100-105 can you have such symptoms with no problem of lung/heart? thanks?

You need to see a doctor to find out the reason for these symptoms since these symptoms are not normal. Your diagnosis could be uncontrolled asthma versus COPD versus some heart issue. You likely need to see a lung doctor for a complete evaluation followed by a heart doctor if no diagnosis is made. You should have lab work to determine if you have an inflammatory process going on.
