It seemed you had had severe PID in the past. Contrast (dye) was seen in both fallopian tubes but there is blockage in the R. fallopian tube (hydrosalpinx). The L. fallopian tube shows sign of previous infection resulting fibrosis; however, dye can go through both tubes because contrast is seen in the abdominal cavity. Chance of fertility is low with high risk of ectopic pregnancy if conceived.
