Hsg report: uterine anatomy appears normal. right fallopian tube is visualised towards the fimbrial ends, however free spill cant be confirmed due to free flowing peritoneal of the left tube. is this okay for before my embryo transfer?

The uterus is where they would implant a transfer & from the report it appears normal. Please discus any concerns you have with the treatment team. This report looks okay but you need to communicate with your doc.

I had a sonohysterogram last month & it showed blocked tube & hydrosalpinx in the other tube. Today I had a follow up HSG & my results Both fallopian tubes are normal in configuration with free spill into the peritoneal cavity how is this possible?
