The outer parts of your tubes which convey the ova are dilated. This is best interpreted in light of why it was ordered by your Gyn. Pl ask her/him.

With contrast dye showing confined spill surrounding the ends of both tubes, see your GYN physician , who may suggest a laparoscopy to remove adhesions and create free spill through one or both tubes, improving chances for pregnancy.
