Not knowing what the study was and not having seen it cannot really comment. Perhaps L tube is clogged up for some reason. Discuss with Dr.

There is dye (contrast) seen in that tube (opacified) but the tube lining structure is abnormal (abnormal morphology) which explain why the dye is seen in the left fallopian tube but it does not open to the abdominal cavity (no free spill into the peritoneum). With this finding, chance of the egg from the left ovary going through the left fallopian tube is likely nil.
