I had a sonohysterogram last month & it showed blocked tube & hydrosalpinx in the other tube. Today I had a follow up HSG & my results Both fallopian tubes are normal in configuration with free spill into the peritoneal cavity how is this possible?
Utrine cavity is normal in outlined and shape. Right Fallopian tube is partly outlined without Intra-peritoneal contrast spill. Left Fallopian tube is well apacified with free spill of the contrast into the peritoneal cavity
Explanation of both fallopian tubes are opacified.The right fallopian tube is dilated at the fimbrial end possibly due to hydrosalpinx. beading of the left fallopian tube possibly due to fibrosis.Both fallopian tubes demonstrate peritoneal free spill?
HSG report: uterine anatomy appears normal. Right fallopian tube is visualised towards the fimbrial ends, however free spill cant be confirmed due to free flowing peritoneal of the left tube. Is this okay for before my embryo transfer?
