My sister and her husband had covid a month ago, they live upstairs from my 93 y/o mom, we isolated them and mom stayed safe, now im worried they could bring it in again.. is it now safe for them to be with my mom? do they have immunity for a while?

No immunity. Wear masks (all of you). Can’t hurt and might help. Be certain she and all others get flu shots.
