If you all have the same virus I see no reason for you to be separated in any way. You do not pass it back & forth, over and over. Each of you will go through the illness & hopefully recover with immunity that is much more durable than any shot.

There is no need to be in different rooms as all of you are likely infected with the same virus. Six weeks after recovery get Covid-19 vaccine or booster dose. Wish you good health!
