Work up: A flexible bronchoscopy may be performed to determine the cause if related to the airway if there is bleeding. The pnk tinge may be related to inflammatory changes in the lung. Considerations include secondary infection and cardiac edema. The primary COVID 19 infection may lead to bleeding in the periphery of the lung. A follow up HRCT is indicated.
