Incubation period: The incubation period is usually 2-5 days, but as long as 14 days. Remain isolated and obtain a test locally. It is not too early to test since during the early stages, no symptoms may be present. At the end of isolation, obtain another test, avoid contact with the elderly in particular. Watch for signs of the flu, rest and drink fluids. Have a flu vaccination.

COVID 19: Average incubation period for COVID-19 is 2 to14 days (but as little as 1 day), median time is 4-5 days. You have more chance of having an accurate test result if you have symptoms or you wait 5 to 8 days after COVID 19 contact.
