Echo showed abnormal septal motion with ef of 50%. shortness of breath and exhaustion are symptoms that led to echo. what does this mean?

Ejection fraction is borderline (below 50% is mildly reduced function) but abnormal septal motion along with your symptoms deserve an explanation. Etiology of abnormal septal motion can be many so medical history, physical exam and other values of echocardiogram such as chamber sizes, pressures, etc. are necessary for determining the cause.

You need to see a cardiologist to evaluate your abnormal ECHO to get an accurate diagnosis and treatment and any further tests needed!
