Abnormal septal motion is likely due to ischemic heart disease rather than a structural heart disease. Your EF is only borderline normal. I am not sure why cardiac MRI was ordered. You should have an exercise stress done if you do not have problem with treadmill walking. If you have problem with walking due to knee or hip condition, echocardiogram or nuclear stress test can be done.
