Echo one year ago with an ef of 35 to 45. echo yesterday with ef of 20%. there are no symptoms. no fatigue, exercise intolerance, shortness of breath, swelling. is it possible the echos ef is wrong? can someone have an ef of 20 have no symptoms?

It's impossible to be asymptomatic with a ventricular ejection fraction of 20%. Most people already have symptoms such as dyspnea on exertion, generalized fatigue, etc. with EF of 35%. Please discuss with your cardiologist. Good luck.
