PAH*, ASD: PAH has to be ruled out. Also, ASD. Some ASD's may be overlooked as the echo findings are challenging. Specifically sinus venosus and unroofed coronary sinus. Finally, it could be ARVC, but that is seen less on echo. I would order a TEE and/or cardiac MRI. If they are negative, a right heart cath can measure the pressure on the right side of your heart. *PAH -- pulmonary arterial hypertension
