Two likely causes of abnormal septal motion on an echocardiogram are left bundle branch block which is an abnormality of electrical conduction in the heart and ischemia, or inadequate coronary blood flow to the septum seen during an echo stress test. Have you had a stress test? Your left ventricle ejection fraction is mildly decreased indicating some weakness of the heart muscle. See cardiologist
