Please, what does it mean when pelvic ultrasound report says; both ovaries contain thin irregular wall with solid components rt=(3.63.64.0cm) volume of (25.9cm). lt.= volume (18.49cm) conclusion: bilateral ovarian cysts?

At your age and the radiologist's conclusion is bilateral ovarian cysts so those cysts are considered benign cysts.
