A member asked:

I had a mri done of pelvis it says i have bilateral ovarian cysts 2.7cm and 2.9 cm also shows i have a proximal iliac node 1.7 cm what should i do?

See a doctor.: Ovarian cysts are common. One single mildly enlarged pelvic lymph node is nonspecific. Your doctor may elect to follow up the cyst to see if they would resolve on their own over 2-3 menstrual cycles. They may come and go. See your doctor for check up of the rest of your body to see if there are other enlarged lymph nodes.
