Discuss with Gynecol: We cano not answer what next.My advice is to discuss your options with the doctor/gynecologist who examined you and ordered the tests.A solid cyst of 5cm should be visible on MRI if seen on ultrasound.

See gyn: At the size mentioned, it should be palpable. If truly gone, it was a cyst and the fluid is gone and absorbed. If not an exam and possible ct may clarify.
