Septate/Arcuate means that your uterus is divided into several parts. Depending on the exact shape, this means that the uterus can have several main cavities connected together. There is a slighly higher rate of miscarriage depending on the shape. Homogenous echotexture means there are no masses within the wall of the uterus. A hemorrhagic cyst is a sac of fluid containing blood. Talk to your Dr.
