What does my uterus ultrasound mean by: mild free fluid in cul-de-sac and around right ovary. however no solid or cystic ovarian lesion observed.

Sounds ok: All radiology studies must be interpreted by the doctor who ordered it in order to place the findings in the proper clinical context. Most women have a small amount of free fluid pelvis below the uterus (cul de sac). The report also states that nothing abnormal was seen in the ovaries.

Hello, I am 28 years old. I recently had a Pelvic, Transva ultrasound. My Endometrial stripe was 2.1CM (21 mm), ovaries unremarkable, with some fluid in the cul de sac. There was atleast 2 2.1 mm cysts shown. Uterus otherwise ok. Shoud i be concerned?
