So i got tested for so many things,however when i got tested for hepatitis c it show up 0.1 what does that mean. is that negative or positive?

You seemed to have a hep C antibody quantitative, not qualitative test (positive or negative result) but the result did not specify positive or negative; however, it may show a reference range. Please note that false positive (positive test but no disease) hep C antibody is quite common so you need to have hep C RNA PCR done to rule out chronic hepatitis C infection.
