The result suggests negative result or no infection/ previous infection with hepatitis C virus, best to interpret remains your current ordering doc, who can place results in actual context (why was it checked).

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, please note that window period for Hep C can be as long as 6 months. Wish you good health!
