Recently had endoscopy for complaints of early satiety as the only symptom. took ppis for a month prior, nothing found. afraid ppi masked early malignancy.would biopsy samples of stomach lining be sufficient for detection of early stomach malignancy?

PPI’ s would not mask early malignancy and biopsy samples may or may not be sufficient for diagnosis. Stomach malignancy would be among the least likely diagnoses otherwise. Your health related anxiety appears exacerbated and should be discussed with your treating doc.
