I have high alkaline phosphatase, chloride and sodium. is there a connection? i also have arm, leg and low back pain and extreme fatigue. is there a connection between symptoms and the bloodwork results? my doctor didn't bring up my results?

There is correlation between Na and Cl but not ALP. Na and Cl are high when you are dehydrated which can manifest with fatigue, cramp, musculoskeletal pain if condition is chronic. High ALP could be due to different conditions so ALP isozymes should be done for pinpoint the source of ALP whether from liver or the bones. You should hydrate well for a couple weeks then test should be repeated.
