My uric acid level is 483. doc has prescribed meds . my pain is in all my joints including my neck. i have week muscles in arms and legs and fatigue.

Uric acid level: That Uric acid level is off the chart high. I don't know what unit it is in. You should see a physician to see if this is gout that is causing the pain.
