Alkaline phosphate is an enzyme produced by many different tissues, particularly bone. Most likely yours is elevated due to still-active bone growth and maturation. The weight lifting actually plays a minor role since it also promotes bone density growth. I am hopeful that your alkaline phosphate isoenzyme test demonstrates that.
