Valsartan does not change urine color and it only reduces the urine quantity if you have valsartan induced acute renal failure but normal blood test rules out renal problem. High serum albumin could be due to low volume and it correlates with a dark yellow urine but it seems not consistent with your statement. A formal urine test with specific gravity and bilirubin concentration may be helpful.

this variation of albumin is within normal limits and ARB meds do not affect color or concentration of urine. It might be something else or an individual variation, You can ask your doc to prescribe another brand and see what happens. Good luck
