Something i don't understand regarding angiotensin receptor blockers, since they lower the amount of sodium and water you retain does it mean i'm prone to dehydration when i exercise or sweat? do i need to drink more water than before?

Not only people who take ARB drug but anybody can get dehydrated if excessive fluid loss is not repleted with increased hydration. However, when taking ARB drug you are not prone to dehydration but you are prone to the side effect of ARB, i.e. acute renal injury, when severely dehydrated.

The body is a wonderfully self adjusting machine. So do not be afraid of the side=effects you mention. If you are dehydrated you will feel thirsty and replenish the fluid. Common sense- if you excersize and sweat a lot - you need to drink more water. Good luck
