All medical tests have false negative result, i.e. you have the disease but test result is negative. Any test for HIV antibody after one year of exposure can be used but the negative result does not rule out the infection 100% because of false negative result, i.e. sensitivity is not 100%. However, if you do not have any suspected symptoms or signs and the tridot test is (-), you are safe.
